What does mild bleeding followed by negative pregnancy test signify? - Dr. Suhasini Inamdar

If a lady is having very minimal bleeding during the periods, the urine test comes negative and then nothing happens, no bleeding at all, it is a big question for her to understand what is happening. maybe a lady is having periods which are normally very less. She doesn’t have a proper bleeding which other ladies have. To his is her normal cycle. she may be having a condition called as Polycystic Ovarian Disease and in which she may not bleed very much, it may happen for a day or two and 2 pads per day and that’s it. The third condition is hormonal imbalance. It may be thyroid imbalance, the age, the AMH, the hormone of fertility is coming down in its level and that is the reason why she is having less flow. There is no other condition that is the early pregnancy and that can be intrauterine or extrauterine and it is very important to understand that he bleeding is not menstrual cycle but implantation bleed or she is going in for some bleed because of the ectopic gestation an in such cases if there is bleeding and she is not very sure that this is the normal periods a n urine pregnancy is coming negative, then get the beta HCG done , which is the blood tests, which is the hormone of pregnancy . Go and get consultation with your gynecologist and get a scan done to confirm if everything is alright.

I've taken multiple pregnancy tests and all have come back negative, earlier I noticed very light bleeding (most likely spotting). My period is now 2 days late, hopefully it's just normal spotting before period and it arrives tomorrow or in the next couple days.

I got my periods on 6th of sep and after that i got periods on 30th October and on 4th dec i got spot bleeding once next day i took pregnancy test it came negative and on 7th also i took test result shows negative only. Plz advise what to do

I am not feeling well since a week. I got my periods on last month 22 nd October and that was normal last for 5 days. In September i suffered a miscarriage but October i got proper period.

This month November, I got my periods late for 2 days and that was low flow and mild just having mild blood shaded with egg white consistency. It only last for two days. Even before the periods i am suffering from pregnancy symptoms like Extreme nausea, chest pain, dizziness, fatigue, mild headache, lose of appetite, etc.

Is this pain and irregularness of period is Normal or should I be concerned about it? I am quite worried why this is happening? Today I tested and its negative. Should I take the test again after few days?
