I had a huge gush of blood on Saturday and today is Monday. The bleeding stopped within 3 hours and I went to the ER all my tests are okay. I’ve never had a miscarriage and my ultrasound showed a healthy baby and I still feel kicks but I have spotting very occasionally. Has anyone else had this and kept their baby? I’m very nervous about it

Why is she smiling? Any women in this situation is scared straight and is looking for reassurance. Not some grinning lady talking about something that can negatively impact their pregnancy. I don't even trust what she says. If you notice bleeding go to your doctor immediately.
