My embryo implantation was done on 30th july, 24 and i found that my result is positive with betaHCG test on 14th Aug, 24. Now i am bleeding with red colour and there is big clots too. Even i am having severe lower abdomen pain. Is my embryo safe in this condition? I am scared so much

Doctor I am 4weeks ivf pregnancy. HCG 2431, Progesterone 12. I woke up with heaving bleeding, even blood clots. It has tapered but still light bleeding in color. I had two embryos transfer.
