I've been doing reverse pyramid set for like months with two to three warmup sets, but i also had a question in my mind that is this a valid technique and after listening it from you I'm sure I'm going somewhere up the road ❤

Yo KINO !!! I've been following your Recommendations for the last 2 months; adding 5 pounds every week. Definitely Getting Stronger.

Doing Weighted Pullups with my 1 Max being 2-45lb (90lbs) Weights. Working towards Goal of doing Full Set of 45lbs Weighted × 10 for 5 Sets

Only working out 2-3 times per week doing my Max each time at least once. Sometimes I can't even do 1 Max. But the next workout I end up doing my Max 2 or 3 times.

Not doing any Core/Abs but they are popping through. I Believe due to Deadlifts & Pullups & Diet.

Muscles growing All Over the place.
