A little off topic, but I just went through several of your videos on how NOT to stretch & how NOT to weight train - but with the variations that are OK and safe. I found out I've been weight training wrong for about 30 years! Now I suffer from a herniated disc. Could you do a video on how to weight train safely using ONLY dumbbells please? I don't have a lot of money or room for fancy equipment but I have 1, 3, 6, 8 lb (and higher) dumb bells. Thanks, I love your videos and can sit (with good posture & a lumbar roll) and watch them all day. :)

Nerve problems in the neck are VERY SERIOUS. Mine was left untreated for a long period of time. I had surgery vertebrae 3/4 fused but the nerve damage couldn't be completely repaired. Damage will be there as long as I live. See a neurologist if you have nerve problems!!

Thanks for the printouts. I do better with a print out package to remind me to do each exercise.

That's a relief! Pain has been intense but it has been more centralised 🙂 My body is just a bit more raw and sensitive now due to almost no sleep all week and exercises also tire the muscles out, not to mention the intense burning pain at night.

I breathed through it for hours, and didn't run away from the pain this time (well, for the most part) rather, I befriended it and worked with it. Every time one burning shoot dissolved, I felt a satisfying small release click. Inflammation also went down! Magical! Only I'm still stiff and sore and still can't sleep!

I hope I have worked through most of the intense pain now though! Don't feel up to seeing a specialist today. Giving it a few more days. I also have the Robin McKenzie book, excited to read more of it! 🙂

All the best to everyone struggling with this. Try to see it as a spiritual teacher (if you have spiritual beliefs that is) Either way, this experience will make us appreciate our human bodies all the more. I'm determined to treat it right now and end up healthier than I was before! 😀✌

I thought I had arthritis in the joints of my hand, elbow and shoulder. Watching this, I think it is a pinched nerve. Thanks!

My neck pain has now caused constant head shaking. No one can explain why? It's bad. My chiro helps a little.

Hi guys. Please help. I am a medical Sonographer. I scan patients all day with ultrasound. I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulder. No numbness or tingling in the arm, just the pain in shoulder and neck. Is this RSI or pinched nerve? Which exercises should I do? Are they the same for RSI and pinched nerve? Many thanks for your help in advance

So I was diagnosed with "tennis elbow" about a month ago. The elbow pain was excruciating! But no neck pain. Now the elbow pain is so much better, but my neck and shoulder blade is killing me now! Is that "centralization?"

Can you do a video about how to tell if you have a stress fracture in your ankle? I think I might have one and I was wondering if you can make a video on it.

It would be great if you make a video of all the consequences of keeping head down while using cellphone, since is a common problem. . If you don't have it already. I would send that vídeo to all my family and friends

Hello, I don't get pain in my arm or shoulders. I get it directly in the back of my neck. If i sleep on my back it becomes very severe. I wake up with severe muscle spasms in the back of my neck.

What if the tingling started in my hands, then forearm, now outside of upper arm now? I am getting treated by a chiropractor at the moment.
