Ok, the point to using dumbbells is to get a deeper stretch and a more complete contraction than a bar will allow. Do NOT use dumbbells as you would a bar... otherwise, just use a frickin bar.

Seeing a lot of these guys that used to be massive, makes me glad I never got over 230.
While Jay looks in great shape, his skin had to stretch so much to accomodate almost 300lbs off season, that hes got loose skin now.
