I used AT205 on a power steering pump leak and it worked great.

Are used At 505
It stopped my timing gasket leak on my Honda 3.5 V6. Did really well actually stopped it totally. I plan on continuing to use it because it’s like a $900 job. Vans got 220, 000 miles on it. So I think I’ll stick to the stop leak for now

I use this stuff to refresh/rejuvenate the rubber material on my vehicles. Keeps boots, window trip, hoses, etc supple and new.

I changed the oil and put in at 205 in my jeep JK wrangler it slowed the leak down by 90%, the next oil change I substituted a quart of Lucas rear main seal leak and between the two the leak has completely stopped, I am amazed I think they both work a little differently and I was satisfied to no end. I have gone 10, 000 miles with no drips I am due to change my oil again and I’m not sure which one I’m going to use if any just to see what happens it’s so far has saved me 1200 bucks

Never used it for oil leaks. Use it to spray cv boots and rubber bushings. It is great for that.

AT-205 stopped immediately a crankshaft seal leak on my 2000 Lexus RX300 = 20K miles so far. AT-205 did nor work on my power steering however (same vehicle) Bar's power steering stop leak did stop the PS leak. lol Make of that what you will... Great channel.

You do not always need to use the full bottle of AT-205. Use a third or half at first and if after 15 hours driving, no or little result pour the rest in. I add 1/3rd every oil change to prevent oil seals leaking. That is 1.8% concentration and will not affect lubrication performance.

Stop leak does not work good (or even not at all) with hyper modern rubber seals, the brown and blue ones are Viton or Neoprene seals...they are resistent. Stop seal works only with BUNA (synthetical black rubber seals = NBR) On vintage cars with rubber gaskets most stop leak additives work pretty well.

Thanks, I’m trying to figure out which one to use. Thank you!
And I love your musical choice for the background!🎉

i had a good size oil leak from the main seal, I pour in 1/2 a bottle of at-205 and 1600 miles later the leak is gone. hoping that my 200k mile honda will last me another 100k miles.

In the Power Steer, the ATP at 205 I used only 1 measured ounce. Then waited about 2-3 weeks. Leak slowed dramatically. I added only 1 additional ounce.. Worked great. Same procedure with Rear Diff on front pinion seal. This is a 30 year old vehicle.

I had a rear main leaking on my Chevrolet 2500 . It was pouring out . I put 2 bottles of the 205 in it and after about 100 miles it stopped leaking . That’s been a few weeks ago . Still no leaks . I don’t know how long it will last but for now it worked

'95 Civic Del Sol S 149k miles, just replaced head gasket. After running about 3 hours, slight white smoke at idle and redlining it causes a good puff of blue smoke. I believe it's valve guides or seals so I will be trying both the Stop Leak and AT205. Along with 10w-40 oil. If this doesn't fix I will try a last ditch effort. If it blows up, seems an engine swap is in my future.

AT-205 is the best engine oil stop leak I've used in 40 years. nothing works as good. it stopped a major rear main oil leak in my car almost immediately. the car was leaking a quart of oil every 65 mile, out the rear main seal. I put the AT-205 in, and it greatly reduced the leak in about 30 minutes of driving. when I got home one drop came out and then stopped. as days went by, it sealed even better. it doesn't mix with the oil, it stays on top and seeps from the leaking area, where it dries in the opening when it hits the air, like an epoxy or urethane.
