I have a 1990 Honda Prelude S model. I know the rear seal has been leaking like crazy for a long time. I hesitated to use any stop leak, but wow, just wow. This car does not leak a bit. I'm gonna clean up the engine and under the car(yes, that's how bad it leaked) and enjoy driving it without the smell of burning oil!

This stuff absolutely works. We travel full time in a rv with the 6.8l v10 which is known to burn oil. After putting this in I’d say it burns at least 75% less oil.

I used this product a few days ago on my semi truck with a caterpillar C12 engine. And it works. Didn't believed at first but I had nothing to lose trying

This has stopped a gushing leak on 14 year old skoda octavia with 267, 000 miles, apparently a crankshaft seal.
I first used half the bottle but a few days later put the rest in, below the car is now completely dry, but still getting a small leak parked on hills, before it was an oil river! even the remaining leak on an incline seems to be going now as well.
My only concern is the thickness of the product on the engine but it will by a little time to get a proper repair and the car is in its final years anyway

It works. It will buy me another year which I’m fine with. Not a perm fix but a good stop gap. I recommend driving it a few hundred miles before making your judgment on how effective it is

Been using this stuff for years in a 4.0 jeep engine. Famous for rear main leaks this stuff really does work. Also use it in a 2.0 Dodge Caliber that isnt worth the mechanic bills for a proper fix. It simply works and has never caused other issues in any of my vehicles.

This stuff is seriously shockingly good. It doesn’t replace fixing the underlying issue, but it can by you some time. My 07 impala rear main gasket was leaking, it would have cost me a lot of money to fix, and a lot of effort for a car that I just needed to go for a few thousand more miles till my new car arrived. It completely stopped the leak.

I used a lot less than I should when trying to fix my oil leak. Didn’t think it worked until I realized how much more it was dripping after I got my oil change. So yes this stuff works.

Added this to my 2010 Ford Escape two weeks ago to try to stop the common Engine Bed Plate leak on the 3.0 V6. The leak has completely stopped from what I can tell - in fact, it stopped leaking by day two of just regular driving. This stuff appears to solve minor/hard to get to oil leaks very well.

This reduces the blue smoke from idle on my n62 BMW 550i by 90% I'd say. Doesn't cure the problem completely but better than spending $3, 000 to replace the seals. Dump it in every top up or oil change.

I used this stuff. I had a leak about 3-4 drops a day leaking on my garage floor. After using this it slowed it down to about 1 drop every 2 days. Its a bandaid fix for sure but if u cant afford the potential thousands of dollars in repair to fix the leak. This will work fine. But in my opinion make sure u put it in fresh oil cause this stuff is pretty thick. Putting this thick stuff in older thicker oil could possibly cause more problems imo.

I used this stuff in a 2002 Ford explorer . 4.0 SOHC VIN E engine . Within fifty miles both hydraulic timing can tensioners clogged, making a very load tap at idle . Luckily my husband cought it in time . He replaced both tensioners, changed the oil, added cleaner to the new oil and idkrd it for about ten minutes . Changed it again and it ran fine . Went ahead and changed the upper gaskets . Luckily the plastic chain guides were intact . The tensioners on that engine have a tiny 2mm oil journal that the product had clogged . I'm not trying to bash Lucas products, as use several regularly . Just be careful about using it in that engine or any other one that has stupidly small oil journal areas .

Worked for my 97 accord rear seal. Had a small drip and now it's gone after using this product.

I always poke a hole in the bottom of the bottle so it goes in much faster👍🏻👍🏻🍀👍🏻👍🏻

Did you add the Lucas stop leak with the current oil or did you drain all oil and then add stop leak with new oil ?

Do you have to put more oil in it right after you put the Lucas in

also use Conventional Oil because it is thicker than synthetic oil in terms of the viscosity.
