So much time and money saved because of you Scotty! The day to day driver I have was a beater when i got it, its broken down a couple times but thanks to you i was able to diagnose the problems and fix them myself. I can fix damn near anything if i know what the issue is and I have the materials and tools required but finding out what the issues were for my car have always been a deterrent to do it myself but not with your Savage and savvy style. This video definitely help me out. You saved me a lot of money. I thought my car was overheating because steam was coming from the engine bay when it popped the hood. And I smelled through the vents. So I thought my car was burning oil but It's actually leaking oil not burning it It only is burning because the hot oil that's leaking is touching the hot engine parts. I even had a mechanic look at it and he told me it was an oil leak for sure. He was being completely honest he told me that the mechanic shop he's at charge a lot of money so. That doesn't happen too often. So I decided to watch your videos and you make everything seem so easy. I guess that's what many years of experience does. But I'm not complaining. Your videos always helped me out. Save me a lot of money.

you have to drop the tank, but a jack under it with the car up on tall jack stands, remove the two bolts that hold the straps and remove the fuel lines and the big feed hose from the gas cap area. Then it slides down. Make sure it has little gas in it or you will get a gasoline bath

i would use conventional Castrol oil, good stuff, use it myself

live with it, you have to pull the engine head off to change all those seals, BIG money job there. Oil is cheap
