The one bedroom without a roommate (and Central Park as your backyard) is definite winner.

I like the one bedroom better. Kitchen is separate from the living room, it's pretty big and no roommates at that price that close to Central Park. It'll be gone fast.

I just love that in NYC, it's such a novelty for a restroom to have a window.

Use the 2 bdrm as a 1 bdrm. This apt has a litchen. That's fine for people who don't cook, which seems to be almost everyone in NYC judging from all the restaurants!! I cook, so I would use the litchen as a big kitchen and the 2 window bdrm as the livingroom.

$1400? Is that cheap or do I just live in a strange area. My mortgage is barely half that.

This man has brainwashed me into caring about sink sprayers and my disdain for DD has intensified since I subscribed 😂 Every time I pass one I now have a strong reaction.

Perfect for people who want to live alone.

I would live by myself in the two bedroom and use one for a living room/office. That would leave a nice big kitchen where you could add a table and an Island.

After living in a building with an elevator, man I don't know if these prices are worth if I'm carrying a load or two of laundry and groceries every week.

Shout out to Jordan! I grew up back East. But sadly I’m unable to travel due to bad health. So when I’m home sick. I watch you and you bring me home. God bless...

With all these savings, I could afford to eat at Taco Bell everyday.

Omgoodness, the one bedroom was better than most - except the stairs. 😎
