Hey Cashew, is it my imagination or are you getting more and more hilarious? Love the apartment. The kitchen is spectacular. Wish it had a bathtub, but the extra tall medicine cabinet maybe cancels that out. Exposed brick always make the party. Love the videos.

You have such great energy. I agree with some of the other comments - $2000/month is high. Where I live, my husband and I have an opportunity to rent a 3 bed and den, 2.5 bath townhouse with a garage for $1750/month and we feel that's high. Oh well still love to see all the great places 8n New York.

I would put the dining table in the kitchen area, doesn’t really have to go against the wall opposite, then the table can serve as an island as well, and give you more counter space!
