Really like the videos where you show the neighborhood the apartment is located. The decision to move in to a specific NYC apartment does take in to consideration of how the space fits your needs. Think about it. Other than the hours that you are asleep most of your days are spent OUT of the apartment itself and living in a neighborhood that is practically and aesthetically pleasing to you really is the charm of living in NYC.

So... no living room space, in the first two apartments. Is that why Alice and Ralph Kramden are always in the kitchen?

The first apartment was a one-bedroom that partitioned off the living space and called it a bedroom. As a one-bed for $2, 500 it works just fine. The fifth-floor walkup looks less functional. It may have slightly more square footage but that doesn't help it much. The last one has more space and has been updated, though it's $1, 000/month more.

Recently read that more people are moving to Queens. These apartments and their prices are why. Queens has more to offer than most people know.

Security cameras don't really protect you at all in the moment, but they may provide evidence at a trial or to track someone down.

It's amazing how much natural daylight can improve a space.

Can we say chop jobs???? Those 1st 2 apartments were definitely 1 bedrooms back in the day. In the 1st, the 2nd bedroom used to be the living room. That wall didn't even go up to the ceiling. It's a dead give away. I'd love to know how it's registered with DHCR. If a wall doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling to enclose the "room" then it's not a separate room. & in the bathroom is a mishmash of tiles that didn't even complement each other. The tile on the wall behind the sink didn't even go all the way to the floor. If it had a vanity that wouldn't be noticeable at all. & really no closets. The 1 that was thrown in2 a corner with a window was just an afterthought. But the kitchen wasn't bad. The 2nd again chopped up. No closets at all. Was that kitchen set-up with the stove even legal??? & that bathroom? What did they do? Get closeouts on tiles??? The 3rd was definitely the most modern but still no closet in 1 of the bedrooms. Sorry, just no to all of them. But the neighborhood is cool. Still not enough of a reason for me to rent any of them

It's good to see Skye back touring apartments with Cash.

This should be a good one. After seeing it, I will say the neighborhood tour was great, Cash was Cash but the apartments were the kind you'd never want to be home in.

Interesting NY fact - There is a major tax difference between if you order your bagel with cream cheese on the side or if you order it with the cream cheese shmeared on it.

I used to live right above the restaurant in this building in the early 2, 000’s. They partitioned the one bedrooms back then into 4!!!! I have receipts, Cash. LOL 🤣. I took the video down but I’m going to re-upload a little music video I made when I lived there and shot my day. Hahahaha. PS: we shared the tiny kitchen area and my “room” was about 80ft with a loft. I paid around $650….but like you said…if you're worried about a couch…maybe NY isn’t where you want to be.
I’m in Los Angeles now. I almost fell outta my chair when I saw this building tho. I always thought the building across looked like the Jefferson’s. 😂

Let me guess, it's $1200 per person, not $1200 for the whole apartment.

First apartment is a bad one bedroom to two bedroom conversion. Lost all of its common space and all of the light/air from the airshaft to make one closet for two very small bedrooms, one with a short wall too.

I think the first two units are good for college grads. I would pass on unit 3, but it’s still not a bad place either. The pizza place has been around 90 years, not 200. We would be in the 2100’s if it had been! Unless I heard you wrong. Watch out for the sodium in those prepared meals: 840 for that one chicken dish is kind of high considering daily recommended amount is 2300 mg. You should the luxury apartments across the street from the first building: I would enjoy seeing them!

Who in their right mind puts a stove in front of a window!? And the heat unit behind it? Sorry excuse for a kitchen. Inflation hitting you pretty hard Mr Jordan? Nice neighborhood, lovely young woman, and Cash's humor and quirky charisma. We'll tour any apartment with you Cash. And, may you live long past 40!!
