A family member bought a condo inFlorida, not understanding that he had his monthly HOA fee, and then the land lease fee. He was lucky, the fee was only $100.00 per month, but still the HOA doesn’t own the property.

Great video! All this does is further reinforce my decision to leave the city. I have a giant beautiful home in one of the most desirable parts of my new Midwest state.
