Welcome to Modified Pilates based in Nelson, New Zealand.

I qualified as an internationally certified APP| instructor in 2004, with a background as a physiotherapist. Passionate about helping people with their personal body awareness, and enhancing individuals sport performance & ability to better perform daily activities. These videos allows you access to classes 24/7. I will be continually adding content, mostly from the classes I teach weekly.

Note: these videos are not edited. And many are filmed as my last teaching class of the day, so you will witness wobbles, giggles, friendly chitchat or abrupt endings.
