This is a quick routine to help you focus on and improve your balance. Options are to use a resistance loop band and Pilates over ball but you can do all exercises without them, too. Strengthen the muscles that help you stabilise whilst balancing. A perfect session to do on it's own or as a add on to another class. Keep practicing, keep breathing, keep smiling! 😊
