How To Squat 101 | Dave Tate

In this video we headed to Elitefts. Dave Tate is teaching Alexander Meadows how to squat. You will see that form is everything. You have to get that down before you can add lots of weight. It's great to see that Alexander and his brother have great people like Dave in their corner to continue to mentor them. This is what lifting is really all about in my eyes: the brotherhood. Getting strong in the gym physically and mentally so we can be strong for others, and be an example that lifts others up to reach new potential.
