I remember as a young believer asking where Solomon could have gone wrong if he had so much wisdom from God. I read in Proverbs where he said "hearken unto MY wisdom" and it clicked so perfectly. Solomon thought it was all his wisdom and therefore he began to mix his thoughts with God's thoughts. Just like what is being said here. It's amazing how God's word has the answer for everything. And how he will help us understand when we need.
