I live in MS and had a Progressive-hired adjuster come out to estimate roof damages after a hurricane and they said my roof had $518 worth of damage. The roofing company brought out their own adjuster and submitted it to Progressive saying they were very wrong. Progressive caved and wrote the check for the new roof. I can't imagine having to go to court over it. If the shoe were on the other foot, you bet the common homeowner would be charged with fraud.

Almost identical report as your 2015 Report "The Storm After the Storm". And I feel bad that I was griping about my broker advising me not to claim a broken windshield because customers are currently being dropped by insurers for making even their first claim! Insurance reform is necessary.
