I hope your enjoying these apartment tours. I am trying my best to get access to different ones, where I can. It's not as easy as it seems. Not every real estate agent or developer wants to give you permission to film inside. If anyone watching lives in Moscow, and would be willing to give me a few minutes of there time to make more videos, contact me via Telegram @travellingwithrussell

Bro, watching from Jamaica 🇯🇲. Your really an amazing person. I love how you narrate everything as you go along with a fresh and unique perspective. Am glad I found your channel.

Greet apartments and views, like the simplicity and these studios will be much more appealing with Murphy beds.

This tiny apartment has potential with the right furniture. First of all get rid of the bed and a couch. And have a pull out sofa . So you can sit and watch tv during the day and at night transform it into a bed. Maybe you could even have a small coffee table. Second get rid off that round kitchen table. They sell tables that are attached to a wall on one side and has two foldable legs on the other side. When not in use you can fold the table so it hangs on the wall. Giving you more space.
Bathroom is perfect.

Children's playgrounds are required by law in Russia to be built for apartment complexes. There is a ratio required based on the size of the complex.

Looks like an interesting tour and in Russia still winter season! Always curious to see how people live in different parts of the world. Great start to 2025!

I've commented before on the onsite hardware. Such a blessing - I can't count the hours I spent driving to the hardware store when I bought my new place.

I really like the building architecture and the playground is lovely. However no way 24 floors up. I must admit the view is very nice

I hope the word "typical" in the title refers to the word "tour" and not to the words "Russian" or "apartment". Because a studio is not even on the official list of apartment types in Russia. Moreover, according to the new law of the Moscow authorities from August 1, 2024, the minimum size of an apartment CANNOT be less than 28 m²...

Moscow is really a beautiful city that I do hope to visit one day. I love all the glass and brick exteriors on these. That view is really amazing but a bit frightening too.

That’s a very nice flat, with warm colors. In addition to, the rental rate is very competitive for a major city. Utilities are far more advantageous over the U.S. too. Thanks for the tour Russell…

The more the merrier! I 'm wondering if there are many old Soviet-type buildings left in Moscow or Moscow region. What I like about them are the older features they have and they feel very homey. What a view!!! They sure make the most of every inch of space.

Nice tour, I like looking at all these but it would be too small and dark for my liking. I do love the big window.

Hi Russell, Very nice! I would rather have extra space by using a pull out sofa bed or a murphy bed. The brick is nice and different on the exterior. I love the view but I could not live in a high rise due to a fear of heights but a 1st would be great!! Nice finishes and I also like the black. Thanks for another great and informative video!

I'd like to see the parks, lakes, and nature that is available in Moscow. Is there a community garden area? What is the education system like? I like these apartment tours also. Great video.

On my second trip to Russia I stayed with the son of one of my mother-in-laws friends the night before returning to Oz. He had a studio apartment but it was about three times bigger than this one.

4:55 The New Year tree is taken down whenever its owner wants. Some people have it up until January 14 (Old New Year), some, like me, until January 19 (Orthodox Epiphany), others until February 1, and the especially lazy ones only take the tree out on May 1))
