The Apartment is beautiful! With the location and being new, the price seems reasonable! Retired would love to live near Moscow and live in Russia! But my heath my age doesn’t permit it! Love the climate of Russia, love the people !!! You have your youth, and a good personality! Hopefully, what you are experiencing isn’t too much! Remember, all things pass away!

Big windows make a big difference.
Im inthe USA and a studio here goes for 600-700 USD. Im lucky to have found an older flat thats been renevated so I have the best of both worlds. Size windows and modern touches. Lots of big windows good size for 1000 a month

I am surprised at how small the apartments in Russia can be! The renovations are done to a very high standard, however the size is simply tiny.
I’d be curious to see other samples of apartments in the same block of bigger size - say 2 bedroom and lounge - and how prices compare

Great video. thank you. The grounds are amazing outside, gym equipments and play area. It’s very well designed. I like the shops at ground level and also a medical centre closeby. $800 per month in reasonable for a studio as it is small. It would be more expensive in Sydney - Australia possibly around $1200 per month. I enjoyed it ❤

If you are able to put in a Murphy bed, those are great for studio apartments. The bed folds up into a cabinet and you can have more space during the day.
Apartment looks nice and modern.

You would pay this same amount per WEEK in London and the flat will be old, mouldy and overlooking something disguising.
