One thing I have to say without a doubt, Russia has the nicest play areas for children, and they seem to be fairly common. I wish we had more places for kiddos where I live.

It all looks very good, modern, convenient, clean, lots of light, wide paths, nice shops already operating nearby, nice parks and paly areas. And people are still complaining about these modern housing installations. You should see what horrible conditions people have to deal with in London. Awful leaky drafty dingy flats with mould, no space for anything, no playgrounds for kids, everything falling apart, and to get even these awful flats in London you will have to pay at least £2000 per month and compete with other desperate tenants.

I lived in Russia for a while and absolutely loved these types of apartment buildings with everything you need nearby. Hopefully I'm able to move there permanently soon

Interesting how in Russia, the developers are focusing on providing more things for families with children to help sell the units. But in the USA developers are making things more focused on single or couples with no children to help sell units. Western countries are having or about to have a major problem with the lack of population replacement (not enough babies to replace even the parents).

I love these tours! I'm in the US (California) and really appreciate how different the living culture is! I actually like the Russian culture better in their desire to be outdoors so much! I guess being in apartments would perhaps spur that though! I also love the arm wrestling platform and the whole area actually! That's another different, the focus on fitness in parks! That's amazing! But the prices there are incredible! What I would give to have an apartment for anything under a half million dollars! Your family has a lovely apartment! Please thank them for letting us visit! ☺

I live with my family in a building like this. Everything is really close to the video. Playgrounds, sandpits, football field. 11-th level. 60 square metres apartment. The city of Tyumen. My mortage is fully paid by me. I think I'm lucky.

We have very strict regulations here about how everything should be built.
Like, how much space to leave between buildings, how much sunlight each apartment must have, how much air is entering the home, how many schools and kindergartens for appointed amount of kids in the area, how far the nearest medical clinic should be, how many groceries stores in the area and so much more. We even studied about all this in medical uni 😂

And most of these norms and regulations are left from Soviet times, so almost all of the cities live by these standarts. I really like how they plan out everything here

Nice apartment. I live in Ottawa and just as a comparison that apartment would be $2200 $C a month here. It could be $2800 in the high price downtown areas. If you are wondering, a lot of people here are pissed off about how much rent has increased the last few years.

Да, этот район просто вырос из пустоты за последние несколько лет. Попробуйте найти в яндекс картах это место и посмотреть, что было вокруг в 2011 году и что сейчас. Я сейчас в Уфе! На днях посетила этот торговый центр «Планета»! Новые дома напротив этого торгового центра всегда привлекают внимание )))
Рассел, я сегодня посетила Торговый центр «Башкирия», там мне нравится цокольный этаж, где продают всякие национальные сувениры и там есть хороший рынок с местной продукцией. При мне сегодня там были немцы и покупали сувениры.
Рекомендую для посещения 👍🏼
