Absolutely! I've always extended my skincare down to my neck and chest, it just made sense to me. I read something from a Wise person once that said "Your face starts at your forehead and ends at your boobs" lol, and that couldn't be more true.

I use tretinoin on my neck and chest. I also put sunscreen on the exposed area in the morning ☺️

I use a retinal on my neck and chest at night & vitamin c and sunscreen in the am. And a glycolic cleanser left on for a couple minutes a 2-3 times/week.

I thought you were going to say wear layers of necklaces to cover them up! 😂. I love your necklaces, they look good on you. Now I want necklaces 😊

Can you do a video on hand care? Specifically the damages of the uv/led lights at the nail salon. My hands are starting to age me.

I love your tips for things. I love that you explain why you're qualified to state your informed opinion as a good place to start asking questions and understanding things.

I really love that you mentioned that people should live to be old. I swear, so many people I know think they should just die early and nothing can be done to make being old not a horrible experience, just living life beyond 50.

She’s not lying. When I was in my early 30s I read a magazine article where a famous woman (I forget who) said her biggest regret is not paying any attention to her neck when she was younger. So I started to care for my neck and cleavage like my face. I’m 54 now and have no sagging and very little wrinkling, mostly just tech neck creases. My cleavage has hardly changed all these years, very plump and smooth…

Yeah I always wondered why all these medspa places push the eye area, forehead etc, but rarely do u see (I don't anyway), the neck advertised, that's the tell tale of someone's age.. that and tops of hands. I use tret .5 + vitamin e / coconut oil blend, .1 tret on face, learned hard way can't use .1 on neck, , oops 🤷🤷😬 the oils are great only downside they don't fully absorb so have to remember to pat some off before bed to not get on pillow etc 👍

vitamin c breaks me out for some reason, I've only seen one derm discuss this, idk why I hv tried tho 👍

Exactly this!! I'm always at my friend to bring her skincare down to her neck & chest, as well as the back of her head/neck too where you're prone to also getting a lot of sun exposure!!! My parents thankfully slathered us in suncream top to toe in the faintest of sun (& I'm in London 🇬🇧!) & since babies were creamed top to toe every night with baby lotion ~ I'm so damn grateful, as my Ma also drilled it into my brain to always remember back of neck/head, neck & décolletage since I was responsible for my own skincare routine.

Yes, i went a little off-kilter in my teens & eaely 20s cos having a tan was fashionable in the 00s, but I was soon back on the sensible route by 24 when my thirst for knowledge & love of skincare came into play, religiously using SPF50 on my face & neck regardless of whether it's-3⁰c or 33⁰c outside!! Most people presume I'm at least 10yrs younger than I am due to my solid skincare routine + being genetically blessed from mum & dad's side, I'm 37 now & I've built my retinol tolerance on my face & a lower % on my neck & chest as my neck is more sensitive. I use my Boots (UK chemist) peptide serum followed by The Ordinary's 3% retinol w/squalene or 5% granactive retinol w/ squalene 3x p/week PM, then Boots' own AHA+BHA serum on the other 3 nights, as i have combo/oily skin & weds is my reset day with just . I use Ordinary's 10% niacinamide + 1% zinc & Ren VitC serum gel serum daily, with a very light oil free moisturiser before either my Avene or La Roche Posay mattifying SPF50 & it's been working so well for me for the last year now, the fine lines on my forehead & 11's have vastly lessened & areas of pigmentation from adult acne (24-26yr old) has pretty much gone, plus my pores aren't as ginormous.

I finally got my best mate who's 48 to finally get serious about her skincare & using decent SPF30+ daily & introduce things like VitC & peptide serum. She has melasma & it got really inflamed last year wbere she wasn't wearong SPF50 on her face, only SPF30-30 & as a nursery (kindergarten) teacher she spends a lot of time outdoors with the children. I'm now trying to get her to incorporate a lose % retinol at night to help with her pigmentation from sun damage & to help her melasma.... ❤
