It feels like i have been waiting for this video all my life. I got my body type assessment, thanks, i got the advance workout, again another great buy, i feel like the nutrition was my down fall, but now this video will help the last piece of the puzzle.

I answered a lot of B’s but a few A’s. I’ve been so nervous with sharing my body shots out of embarrassment 🙈 even though I know this is a positivity, no shaming platform. But I’m going to do it to really get a true assessment so I can get my health and wellness together!

I’m an Endomorph and can’t do keto or anything low carb because I have adrenal issues and my body freaks out when I do low carb, anxiety sky rockets and already bad sleep turns into severe insomnia. I know a lot of ppl jump on the keto/low carb train so thank you for giving the option of medium carb to support adrenals ❤️🙏🙌

I am endomorph with one B choice for my body type. I am hour glass shape not pear. I store fat all over my body in my arms, thighs and stomach. When I workout I lose inches first before any weight. So building up muscles isn't a problem for me. Usually weight lifting and cardio is best combo for me.
A year ago I lost 20lbs and was really focus on getting in shape. Then a lot of things went wrong in my personal life and I gain the weight back plus an additional 5lbs. I got stuck in a rut and my body paid the biggest price. So I went back to working out and it's a struggle. But mentally I have to keep myself strong in order to stick to my routine.
I guess the best thing for any woman who starts her weight loss journey, is to not only know her body type and how to train for it. But be mentally prepare for set backs, fails as well success. How you are mentally and emotional will affect your ability to lose weight. I've been taking baby steps to rebuild my confidence and have a more positive attitude towards my body. It's hard but I learn so much form this channel and just doing research on my body type. Thanks for your channel for giving a more deeper insight to losing weight.

I don't think I saw this video before, it was very helpful. I had been told I was an endomorph before, and that didn't sound right. I only answered 1 or 2 A. The rest were all B, so I am def a mesomorph. That makes way more sense. I think I have been wrongly labeled an endomorph maybe because of my height, which is 6 feet.

Mesomorph through and through. My figure is super similar to Britney Spears, expect I have a longer neck and broader shoulders. I can put on muscle easily and, unfortunately, unwanted fat if I fall out of mindful health habits. I hope to purchase a Mesomorph based plan if you have a Black Friday or some other holiday sale - student loan payments gotta come first : )

Now this answered my long time questions about my body. I tend to gain weight easily, but people always ask me how am i also losing weight so fast. and i always wonder why i can't have a small and thin figure like my friends, even if my weight is the same amount as their (like kpop idol body). and when i do weight training, i can see my muscle starting to build already in about 1 or 2 months. and my shoulder muscle and clavicle bone is more distinct but not like in a thin way. When i gain weight 30kg, my body is not round like obese people, my fat is distribute evenly too. now i know that i am a mesomorph. Thx for the quiz. 😄

Well I was an “ ectomorph “ I gained weight because of my eating habits and lack of exercise and apparently I’m a mesomorph now 🤔😮

Mostly C's(5/8) but still confused. I tend to easily store fat in my midsection and upper body (skinny fat), should I stick with Endo?

I’m a bit of endo and meso...I only say that cause I had an even number of both features...so what would be best for someone in between???
