How to Choose the Right Diet for Your Body Type | Joanna Soh

If you have been eating well and exercising regularly, yet you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, perhaps you are still unknowingly doing the wrong thing for your body type. Some of you might have even tried all the diets out there - low fat, low carbs, high fat, high protein, but nothing seems to work and you just don’t know what to do. Not every diet suits every one! If you want to see effective results, the diet you choose needs to be optimal according to your genetics.

Can you please do more “ full body strength training with no weights” and “ full body HIIT workouts” please. I have recently been diagnosed with pcos and I found some of your strength and HIIT workouts and let me tell you they are awesome. But there isn’t much for me to choose as there is not many videos like this. Hope you see my comment. Love you 😽

I would just like to say thank Joanna. I recently discovered your channel, however, you have played such a vital role in my new fitness journey. Prior lockdown, I was a gym bunny and loved and still strength training. The lockdown really changed everything and threw me in a whole new world. I honestly was unable to adjust, even with the help of home workouts I found on YouTube. That all changed however when I discovered this channel last month. I have gained my consistency and motivation. I have set new goals for my body, and for the first time since lockdown, I know what it is that I am doing. I love working out at home, and it is all because of you. It is as if you're in my living room coaching me through all the workouts. I have lost 3.4 kgs and am back to my previous weight, but now I have new goals, so I want to push myself and discover a less muscular but leaner frame. Thank you Joanna.

Could you please do gym workouts for each body part please? Been going to the gym but haven't found a good routine that targets all the areas of the bodies. Thank you so much for your help

Thanks for sharing the portion ratio. I’m certainly carbs sensitive, I crave for it but it makes me feel unwell and it slows down my weight loss even if I eat just complex carbs.

I lose weight doing low carb diet and regular exercise, I also have hormonal imbalance and it helps a lot.By the way its 7am here and woke up this early getting ready to do your 1000 squat and lunges challenge workout😄Not sure if I can do this but will do my best😂

A few years ago, I had drastically reduced my carb intake, I was focusing on eating smaller portions more frequently throughout the day due to having a small child (had no time to eat). I maybe had two servings of simple carbs in a week (I like pasta way too much to completely cut it out). I lost literally like 80 pounds in a year and a half! I was eating ALOT of veggies and fruits, nuts good fats, and smaller portions sizes of lean also ate much less pork products.

Haven't done the test but the explanation you gave highlighted some reactions I have towards certains type of food. I don't do well with "bad" unhealthy fat like fries, high amount of cheese and I just don't like it. I'm vegetarian and I just love the good fat like avocado and nuts 💚 but I also have a sensibility toward refined carbs. I guess I might be low fat or meditarrean! Thanks for this video you are so full of knowledges ❤️

I eat a high nutrition Mediterranean diet with low starch & no or very little sugar. I work in front of a computer screen so green leafy, foods good for eyes are important and proteins.
