Perform a hard reset.
1.Turn off the computer.
2.Disconnect the AC adapter or power cable from the computer, and remove the battery (for Dell laptops with removable battery).
3.Disconnect all devices such as USB drives, printers, webcams, and media cards (SD/xD).
4.Press and hold the power button for 15 to 20 seconds to drain residual power.
5.Connect the AC adapter or power cable and the battery (for Dell laptops).
If your Dell computer can turn on but is unable to boot into Windows, identify the symptoms and follow the appropriate troubleshooting guide.
If your Dell computer is not able to turn on, follow the troubleshooting guide for no power symptom in the table below.

For a computer that wont start, shuts off or freezes during start-up, start your troubleshooting process here! This video tests for the most common reasons why a computer wont start by testing your Battery, Charger/Adapter, and if your laptop has a Static Build-up. If these tests do not identify the issue, then troubleshoot deeper into the computer. Move on to the BIOS Reset as seen here

When i click to power on button it show light for 2-3 sec then it get off and my laptop is not even opening i tried removing battery, unplaging and holding button for 10-15 sec and also 1-2 mins but its still not turning on :(.
