good video. but when management wants you to follow a policy that you know doesn't work, and you express the concern and reasons why, you are generally met with "because i said so." very rarely would they go by a rank less, "lead by best idea" scenario. and if you do come up with a clearly better idea, you can expect some kind of retribution down the road for "undermining" them.
