If anyone is looking to directly upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I highly recommend doing a clean install. I have seen issues occur for upgrades without performing clean installs.

After updating BIOS, my PC supports everything (tpm 2.0 enabled, secure boot) but.. the processor is still very powerful (i7-7700k) however not supported..

There use to be a direct upgrade to Windows 11 for Windows 10 users who have supported 11 hardware by going into Windows updates and clicking a button and you'll be upgraded directly to Windows 11 without downloading a ISO file. That was before the 24h2 roll out so I'm guessing if that direct upgrade comes back it will be directly to 24h2?

But mine says i5-4460 and I was able to install windows 11 and the PC has been running without any glitches. I did not use Rufus. I used the Microsoft recommended method

So I have a computer I bought from a buddy and it’s good 240 fps works great. I have been trying to upgrade to 11. It was saying that I need to enable safe boot. I went into bios and enabled uefi boot and secure boot and it only boots to bios and if I want to boot to my os It’s only working on csm, I understand computers for the most part but this is my weak point I need help anyone please. And the hardware supports windows. Maybe I need to add partitions for uefi??

There's a bug in Windows 11 that has been there since it came out. On multi-monitor setups, if you use auto-hide, it randomly turns it off. People have been complaining about this and it never gets fixed.

i dont understand its not giving me the option to save all my data...it only says im able to either save files or delete everything. keep all option isnt availible
