But you also must consider, Isaiah 64:6 says that God considers all of our works to be like filthy rags when compared to the perfection He requires. Also, ephesians 2:8-10 says for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Please read James 1 1 he was writing to the 12 tribes of Israel and as Gentiles we do not refer to James. Paul is the Apostle to the Gentiles, Romans 11 13 and we refer to his 13 Epistles for our salvation. The saving gospel is 1 Corinthians 15 1-4kjv. Once saved we can then do good works for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Unfortunately, just like the Muslims this is only partially true Catholics and orthodox lie and say that it’s faith and works but really what they mean is that it’s faith and we have to work to get to heaven so there’s a big difference, sanctification and justification we’re saying because of faith and faith alone that’s what scripture saysand secondly if we do love the Lord, we’re gonna all follow we’re gonna obey him if we’re an apple tree we’re gonna produce apples, so this is all good by these either orthodox or Catholic quoting scripture

True faith... the faith brings about the "new Birth" a new nature, "where the old sinful man is dead'...and that comes as a gift from Christ at salvation... equals justification and results in fruit and good works from Christ's nature within...
So here he is DEADLY WRONG ...the scripture says...faith plus works does Not equal justification
Faith + works (does not) = justification
Faith = justification + works
you have dug a scriputure verse completely out of context and made it into a gospel of works..
