This practice offers fun transitions and different variations of poses that you may not have tried before. My aim is to help you explore new possibilities in your yoga practice and enjoy a fluid style of flow from one posture to the next.

This was perfect today. One of my favorite things about your flows is the creative transitions. I have found myself in poses that I couldn’t do before as a result, and they feel (relatively lol) easy. Thank you for this!

Thank you Charlie ! Loved the transitions and the longer flow ! The longer flow for me is best . It takes me some time to warm up and connect to body and mind ! Closing the practice with a brief looking inward is lovely ! ❤

One of my favourites you’ve done for a while, love the pace and transitions, love the softness to your voice. Time length (40-45) is so convenient.
The only thing I would have liked more of is a longer dancers pose 😏

I really like the pace you do your flows, it gives me a chance to mindfully recognise each pose and settle into more difficult stretches. Thank you! This was really lovely to do first thing in the morning when I’m feeling a bit sore:)
