Seems to me that Warren is confusing Total Depravity with radical skepticism. It's a non-sequitur to connect the two.

Furthermore, when one insists radical skepticism is part of any world view, there's no point in continuing the discussion. It's a slippery slope to a dead end.

You have to assume intelligibility. And TD does not imply that intelligibility is negated.
