40 Minute Super Strength & Conditioning Workout | Summertime Fine 2023 - Day 56

Ready to sweat? This full body workout is great for strength and cardio so let's crush it together!


This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you're moving with intensity!

The Exercises:
1. squat and press
2. squat side step and jumping jack
3. Hang snatch
4. Punch overhead and split squat
5. Lat raise and lunge
6. Butt Kicks and one jack at the end
7. Leg drop and skull crusher
8. Canoe hold
9. Chest press and reverse crunch
10. Standing Climbers
11. Rows
12. Plank
13. Sumo Squat and curl
14. Burpees

I gotta say, as tough as burpees are at the end, I felt proud seeing how much stronger those burpees were vs. the start of Summertime Fine!

My motivation today was to try and do 7 burpees in a 30 seconds...I got to 5!! I am not a fan of burpees and try to avoid them..Sydney asked so nicely that I had to try:) Happy Monday all!

My motivation today is knowing that giving up is much easier than continuing. No matter how fatigued I am, only I can feel/experience what it means to complete and see my goals 100% through let alone exercises that once were challenging are becoming more effective in muscle mind connection. I am so close to completing this program! 🎉💪 Its taken me a while, but I've been pushing through while trying to heal from a broken marriage, ending an emotionally traumatic relationship, and a job I loved. Thanks for being there to push me, Sydney! ❤ ❤

I have been on this journey for 6 years. I lost a decent amount of weight in the beginning, but I hit a plateau. I started to work out with Sydney 3 years ago, I started to see some muscle definition, but I still wanted better results. I cried to my husband today because as I was getting dressed for my workout, I felt more pride in my body than I have in a long time. I am forever grateful for this program, Sydney and Dustin. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I’ve been training with Sydney for a year and a half. My motivation is to keep that good feeling that comes from feeling strong. I am 67 years old and really treasure feeling strong.

I don't know if you are still reading these comments but I want to say that I really get a lot out of your videos! I am 64 years old and have a mild form of relapsing remitting MS. I used to body build for about 20 years and now I do a modified version of your workouts. No jumping for me! I feel strong plus my mobility and stability are much improved. Thank you so much for your positive and well rounded workouts!

Sydney, thank you for developing workouts for all fitness levels. It may not mean much for some people but I was able to do 5 full on burpees during the last round. All because you encouraged me!
