Thank you for conveying this topic so that it was a chance to appreciate myself...I feel that The habit stacking is built up into me naturally... For example I always use to exercise every day... But I wanted to track them... So I stacked that new habit immediately after my exercise... Now that new habit is being regularly followed by me this year...

Hi Lavendaire!
There's a book that explain how habits works, in a neuro-cientific, conductual and social way. It's so interesting because the author analyzes the subject very exhaustively and he uses also a lot of examples from historical facts. An other great thing about this book is that it gives a framework to change and/or get new habits. The name of the book is "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg.
By the way, your videos inspire me so much! I love your channel :)

I'm not even sure if I can identify my current habits. Does anything qualify that I often do, or just things that are really regular, timewise as well?
Maybe first build habits then stack them? :D I'm such a mess...

What exactly is meditation? Can I do that while staying in bed? Is it just putting your mind clear for a period of time? Or do you have to do it necessarily in lotus position?
