Lol golden retrievers are way too friendly to be guard dogs😂

YOU THOUGHT YOUR GOLDEN RETRIEVER WOULD ATTACK THEM?!?!?!?!?!? That's the funniest thing I've heard. Attack them with
kisses and give them gifts of dirty socks and toys maybe. Also tail wagging doesn't mean "happy" it CAN mean they're happy but it can also mean the opposite, it just means they're stimulated.

I have a beagle, there was a legit intruder who came in and my beagle, went haywire. I woke up and called the police. My beagle attacked the intruder, i was shook.

wagging tail does not always equal being friendly

Golden retriever are one of the most friendly dogs ever, if a burglar broke in they would probably just have a catch with them!!😂

Also dogs feed off emotions so they would know if they mean harm.

I honestly think the dogs knew that he wasn't an actually threat. My late dog charged at a burger who was trying to steal our little TV. Unfortunately he got away but luckily without anything. Chloe, my German Shepherd Coonhound Mix doesn't like a lot people in her house so I think she might bark a lot but probably would run and hide 😆

My dog who is a lab/pit is perfect, hes the absolute sweetest dog ever. He is gentle with babys and anyone, but if a man walked into my house and he could tell i was scared he would bark and show his teeth, hes very protective wit me

I have a beagle, and he is just about always on the lookout for people who pass by my family's house. Thankfully no one has ever broken into our home, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's because he has the loudest bark in the neighborhood (x'D).

Get a South African BoerBull. My Berty is 57kgs and will easily remove your hand. He has shredded a thief's forearm already. I sleep safe at night with him in the room. But, he is not a "play dog"!! He needs strong discipline and loving guidance. You MUST be the Alfa in the " family pack" .

I love my dog, he alerts me all day long to all noise. To give me time to protect myself accordingly. Tip: Many can't comprehend the words "no trespassing" or "violators will be shot". Just knock like there's no tomorrow.

Those last two dogs will 100% bite in presence of their owners.

Burglars across the world are reassured by these videos and soon dogs will not be a deterrent at all.

Dogs are an alarm system - not a security guard.

My dad had a Doberman guarding his shop when I was a kid, if the place was open for business the dog just chilled in the back and he did bite people who would get too close to my dad and got an attitude with him, and then when the gate was closed after hours, you couldn't even put your hand near the lock, the bars were wide enough for the dog to stick his head out and he would try to bite anyone that tried to touch that gate who wasn't my dad... That dog was awesome.

My 160lbs Rottweiler is very quiet... He's already bit 2 people that walked into the house unannounced, first he bit a hole in the hand of his previous owner's neighbor who just barged in and that's why I was given the dog to begin with, then he bit my wife's cousin in the ass when he walked in behind my brother in-law, the dog knows my brother in-law, he don't know the cousin lol... Then he attacked my landscaper too when he came to give me a quote, my mom was visiting me and she let the dog out by mistake so the dog ran up to my landscaper and tried to drag him by his pants leg, the landscaper had to hold on to my A/C unit while I pulled the dog off him, thankfully the dog only bit his pants and didn't do any damage... But yeah, I know my dog protects his house, now I got a pitbull too and I'm hoping he will take after the Rottweiler too lol.
