We made this and it turned out to be an absolute home run!! The level of flavor that melds together with the sun dried tomatoes and the spinach in the Mac is absolutely perfect. I know this is not what you’re making right now but I just have to tell you, I made your bourbon peach cobbler for Easter yesterday. My family tore it up. Luckily I made two because they devoured the first one. I made it exactly like you said. I don’t drink so I had to go buy some bourbon…lol. I wish I could post a picture. Thank you for that recipe. I’ve made some of your other meals as well but this one took the cake and even though I’m a pretty good cook, I suck at baking. You couldn’t even tell though 😊
