Ben Patrick, the knees over her toes guy has a great exercise here and I’m explaining why this could be beneficial for your knee pain. This is to be done after your workouts and on a daily basis to build all of the fibers around your knee. Three sets of 10 on a daily basis, a pretty good barometer to get to. You might have to start with one set of 10 and then work your way up to three sets. Make sure you have something there to support you in case your knee starts to more discomfort and pain. Most of this exercise should be pain-free. Definitely not above a one out of 10.
