Arch Linux - Easy Install Guide

Well here it is. My first steps into the magical world of Linux.
Preparation:
3. Insert into computer and boot from USB
4. Select install Arch Linux from menu
5. Proceed with video

You are going in the right direction. Just don’t get discouraged if you run into problems. Use other distros that are somewhat easier to install and customize.

Amazing coincidence - I have been researching different Linux versions to switch from Windows 10 (I refuse to move to 11 and also hate the direction it's going). Arch was the one I was going to try out first. Great timing!

Yeah, please keep making more of these. I've been using Windows my entire life, and I kind of want to install Linux on one of my smaller PCs I used for torrenting. The most I know about Linux is a batocera build I just did on a mini PC. I'm not that smart when it comes to this stuff, so watching someone else do it and doing the same thing is what I can do.

For gaming purposes, I recommend Garuda Gaming Edition: basically, Arch Linux with all gaming-related software preinstalled and pre-configured.

i have a question i have 2 disks in my computer how do i format the other one i already booted into arch linux and its running great but i want/need to format my other disk

You should not be enabling comprehension on an NVME drive. Actually I never recommend it for normal use cases.
