honestly i experienced both. teah after college it is fun and well paying sector too but it was too hectic for me. now i am serving govt and i love this life even if the salary is not same but yahan sukoon milta hai. it pe mera hr aur gm sara din chillate rehte the abhi yaha sib sir sir karte hain and that feels good 👍

Three things we expect from a job in our life-
1. Money
2. Power and Respect
3. Relaxation and Restfulness
No doubt that after doing job in an IT sector, you will have much money than a gov job, but brother after age of 50 you will seek relaxation and Restfulness, which private sector won't give. In a respected government job you will get respect and power. You could help public, you will earn respect.
Paisa to hai IT sector mai, lekin Dil ki sukoon nahi ek baat, CORONA mai gov. Employees ko 100% salary Mila tha, IT walo ko nahi. Jai Hind....

Fact is govt job is earning much more than IT, my friend is working in a remote village of bihar as a panchayat secretary. He own bunglow, having SUV kids studying in international school.

I started preparing for govt job after my graduation in BSc. I did not have any idea that even non tech people can entre and build career in IT. Now after 4-5 years of gap after graduation, I have done a IT course (i am not naming it), learning advance staff and preparing for interviews... But without adding experience in my CV, I dont see any clue😢😢😢😢.. If u want career and money, and have logical thinking abilities and decent edu background, try IT field as career as early as possible, dont waste time for a govt job.. A single exam will take 2-3 years to complete its process of examination.. I regret a lot now...😢

Your thought about Govt job is very old school.
@ "NO moonlighting CONCEPT" nowadays many govt emp do side hustle, doing yt, running small business, teaching, going for foriegn trips etc.
@" SENSE OF SECURITY": no matter how market is doing, you'll get 8-12% increament every year. And some dept you get 12+1 months salary.
Leave upto 2 months without any salary deduction.
Eduction leave upto 1 year without salray deduction. Insurance, job security other allowencea are also there.
Funny parts is " all these allowances are not inflated just like SE CTC"😂😂
