Hey squad, do you get really sore after your workouts? Maybe you are scared of muscle soreness and avoid giving your best to your workouts!

Post workout Muscle soreness also known as DOMS happens when we cause damage (micro tears) to our muscle tissues.

When this happens our bodies begin to go into repair mode by triggering inflammation which draws in fluid to the damaged areas giving us that pumped, tight and stiff sensation. Eventually, the excess fluid puts additional pressure on our damaged muscles and the PAIN KICKS IN.
The pain can kick in anywhere from 12-48hours later and last a couple of days and in extreme cases a week!
However, Some people don’t experience any muscle soreness whatsoever!

So, in what scenarios are we most likely to experience this dreaded pain and more importantly what can we do about it?

💛The only reason why I like the workout pain is that it's an indication that I am progressing. It also helps me figure out where I need to increase and decrease intensity. This helps a lot when one doesn't see any visual success.

This was so powerful. I'm listening again.
My soreness comes 48 hours and my trainer tells me get my water in and one day is a yoga day.

I've not really had any bad cities and I've been to many. It's the people.. don't let one fool stop a visit.
I've been following yall for a while and doing your exercises as well.
