I tried this one day and almost did it ever since then this is how i try to train my core along with toes to bar and candle stick on the pull up bar

Thank you so much. I am a 65-year old male trying to do the full flag. It's a beautiful exercise. My PR for the hollow hold is 10 minutes. Still, I am not strong enough to do the full dragon. Your video will surely help me.

Actually it's interesting this video, some friends and I we were debating about the perfect form of the dragon flag, they said that Bruce was telling to the people that actually you had to arch your back( as you see in his videos) which I wasn't never agree, I'm gonna send this video to them definetly. In my opinion Calistenics is always about doing straight lines and perfect form each rep, thanks again budys!
