i can do negatives of full and dynamics of straddle and one leg, but front lever sucks, can't improve my lat strength already since about 6 months :(, still about 10-12 pull-ups and that's just bringing me every time down, so im just asking maybe someone had the same situation and could give some advises, because the problem of limited range of motion (not chest height pull up) also included. Thank you SM team and everybody good luck
