+Wolfgang Ambrus you're not doing anything wrong. What is wrong, however, is your way of thinking. You don't need to "feel the burn" of anything to make the muscle bigger or stronger. That is more-so involved when training toward endurance.

If you don't work out regularly or your core muscles...this is FLIPPING HARD!!!! Definitely advanced .

Thanks Antranik for your videos. I have been visiting gym for over 20 years (with some breaks here and there) since my 16 years (when I was a fat boy). My muscles grew up, I lost a bit weight but after years I was not really happy since I found out that despite my relative strength when it comes to lifting weights, I am weak as a tea since I got problem with simple core exercises with my own body. Therefore I minimized gym and now for already 3-4 months focusing on bars, parallel bars, gymnastic rings, joga and especially CORE muscles exercises. Your videos belong to the best since it is clearly shown how you can progress from totally weakling to superStrong.

Man I can't wait to have the strength to try this. I've only just started working out and am still building the core strength via planking and working my way to proper pushups as recommended in your pushup video, but I love how clearly you explain the techniques and how you lay everything out with so many achievable incremental steps. I've always found doing any kind of workout really hard because I'm so physically weak and nobody gives proper advice on how to work up or described the appropriate movements properly, but your videos are really clear and inspiring and show how to get strong rather than treating workouts as something only strong people can do. Thanks for the help.

This exercise really makes you realize how weak your body is.. I'm even struggling to descend my lower body slowly. 5 years of sitting in front of the pc didn't help lol

another way to help straighten is to squeeze your glutes or flex them which ever way of saying that is correct

Thanks for the video. I was doing this but the full range a few times a week but they were to painful because i jumped in head first. I will try your method to build up to them slowly.

My butt always hits the ground before my heels, is this just too advanced for me? Is there an easier exercise you would recommend if so?

Hi Antranik

Ive seen lots of videos showing how to go down. But can you explain, how do i get back up with straight legs. I mean, going down is the easy part. What am i supposed to do or use to get back up? My arms take all the strain on the way down, how do i get back up?

After trying not to hunch my shoulders, my back muscles began to ache while even being on the top. What should I do? Should I cotinue doing the exercise? It's like pain, not the normal exercise burn.
