So nice to have a real human narrating the stories. There are so many A.I YouTube channels now.

I lived with my buddy Dave back in the day. I was in the living room playing Playstation when he came out of the kitchen and started a conversation. He left mid-convo and walked out of sight around the corner of the hallway. As he was doing this, the real Dave walked in the front door. He had just gotten off work. I have no explanation other than a wandering mind to explain this encounter. I wasn't scared. Just disbelief.

I’m the only one in my family that believes in the paranormal. I grew up in a ranch house in a small country town with a rich history. My mom always used to tell me that I would talk to an imaginary person named Emily. Turns out my mom had a miscarriage before she got pregnant with me. My parents were gonna name her Emily

A while back my wife heard me come home from work. The key turning and the front door opening and then me shouting out "I'm home" or something like that. I normally go straight upstairs to change so nothing strange there except I came home again about 10 minutes later.

The first one was the scariest. Imagine kissing someone/a ghost you think is your husband

I had a woman walk up to me with her little girl and she started talking to me about her kid and telling how well she was doing in school except I had no idea who she was, then she realized I was not the person she though I was, she thought I was her Dad I looked exactly like him and even dressed the same, but until that moment i had never seen or meet this lady or her kid.

My imaginary friend was a small cow who always ended up in precarious situations requiring rescue. He never told me to steal or push people down the stairs.

1st = Doppleganger or perhaps multiverse, etc.

2nd = Demon/Evil spirit

3rd = Timeslip...?

Good stuff, Avery!

Ghostly gas station reminds me of when I worked at Midas. I was replacing the rear calipers, pads and rotors on a Ford Taurus. I also needed flex hoses, but every supplier we called sent us the wrong flex hoses. A mysterious man named, Dave, shows up. He tells me he's seen me walk to work everyday and he can help with my flex hose problem. He tells me to tell the service advisor to order flex hoses for a Ford Taurus wagon, which the car was. The reason the parts were wrong was that they were for a Ford Taurus sedan.

I remember having two imaginary friends when I was much younger. My mom told me later in life how creepy the whole situation was. She said that I told her that they were twin sisters that passed away in a car accident and they were both named Brenda. So I always talked about Brenda and Brenda being my friends. Mom said I described them as little girls with black hair and dresses on. I actually remember drawing them and they always looked the same in my drawings. Mom also said that she had to start avoiding driving down a certain road close to our house because as soon as we passed a particular cemetery that I would start up conversations with Brenda and Brenda. Another super creepy thing that I remember is that I would hear the word “no” whispered in my ear and feel little bursts of what felt like warm breath in my ear. I only heard and felt that when I would try to do something that I shouldn’t. Eventually I started getting older (6-7 I think) and I remember sobbing to my mom saying that Brenda and Brenda had to leave to go to Heaven because I was getting older. I distinctly remember drawing a picture of them in Heaven. Mom said that was the last time I ever talked about them.

Sadly my mom passed away several years ago. There’s so many questions that I have about so many things but especially Brenda and Brenda. I wish I knew what cemetery my mom was talking about so I could walk through to see if there were twins buried there.

I had an imaginary friend growing up, but he would always ignore me

All my imaginary friends were (and are) characters from my favorite books and TV shows. So unless Sherlock Holmes and John Watson (played by Jeremy Brett and Edward Hardwicke) are ghosts haunting every apartment I've lived in, I'm not worried about it. ;)

Never had an imaginary friend. But I would talk to myself when I was a little kid but only when I was alone. My mom caught me in the garage pretending to give a speech pr something. Im pretty sure she thought that I was talking to a demon because she wouldnt stop asking about it and wouldnt believe it was just me being bored.

I love the traveling stories. I’ve done a lot of road traveling myself and have experience some pretty strange things.

As someone who feels like I was born in the wrong era, I would have LOVED to mysteriously go back to the 60s or 70s.

I only found your channel a few hours ago, so glad I did! Been binging ever since! 🥰🙏🏻

In this episode, I think I liked the creepy-imaginary (?) boy one the most. It’s just something about kids (and women. And the woods 😅) that scares the crap out of me 😱

I never had an imaginary friend as a kid, but my sister did. Have to ask her about that now 😂
