The attic in the house I grew up in was pretty definitively haunted, whoo boy. I can relate to how the OP of story 1 ends it, I've thought about knocking on that door and asking the current owners if they've ever had any strange experiences with the attic before but never followed through.

I'll try not to get too deep into it, but our attic was finished and it had a stairway with a door leading up. At the top of the stairs in front of you, as well as directly above the door at the other end, there was a panel in the wall for access to the storage spaces where the roofline slopes downwards. The right side of the stairs there was a separation wall with a closet that also had a panel inside, don't remember what that was for.

To keep things short, this would happen quite frequently but I'll stick with the craziest one. So this one time I'm up there playing video games on my side of the attic by that closet, I got up to go to the bathroom or something downstairs. As I approach the landing of the stairs to go down, both panels at either end of the stairwell fly off of the walls with enough force that it looks like there were airbags detonated behind them. They collide in mid air and fall the 10+ft to the ground with a huge crash... and disturbingly the panel inside the closet did that at the same time. That one flew right into the chair I was sitting in just a few seconds ago. That would have caused some serious physical injury if any one of those connected.

Well if that wasn't something trying to send a message I don't know what it was. Usually when those panels detached from the walls they would sort of just fall off, but this was something else when they literally fly several feet off the wall. You can't explain that.

Sleep paralysis was on point! I had the same experience! It was late afternoon around sunse😢 it became hazy and saw a silhouette of a tall human! Man that gave me chiils! 🤯 👊 And couldn’t breathe
