As a flight attendant I live in hotels. I’ve had many crazy stories. You would be surprised how many times the front desk will give out keys to your room by mistake! Always flip the deadbolt on the inside of the door, which will not allow any key to work.

Third story:

Should’ve taken a sharp object and cut the intruder’s hand. You know how they say “if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime”? Well if you go where you shouldn’t linger, be prepared to lose a finger.

You're mad underrated as a narrator/content creator. I'm a big fan of yours and think you've got a chance to blow up if you keep grinding. Well done and look forward to more narrations!

The dude who had a gun and saw the hand come thru the door. You missed an amazing opportunity to spartan kick that door shut and break his hand.

I use to work hospitality/front desk clerk at a resort, and no, they do not call customer's in the middle of the night like that. Especially not about payment. In fact, yeah, if you don't pay in full, you don't get your room keys. Plus, if there ever is an issue with payment, they either will contact you in the morning the next day, or have housekeeping bring a note to the room with the room charges on it, or even just wait for you to go and check out at the front desk at the end of your stay. Glad you guys went with your gut on that 1st story.

As far as the first one goes, I was called at about 2 AM to process payment at a hotel. Their credit card machine was down and couldn't process reservations yet. They do call sometimes, but I always call back after they hang up just to be sure. Third story, I always use the secondary lock on the door as sometimes the hospitality service doesn't always notice the "do not disturb" sign.

I live in a motel now, and even though most of the long-term tenants are just 'normal people' (albeit with money or credit issues--hence, the motel-dwelling), the nightly side of the building gets its fair share of weirdos, hos, druggies, and pimps, and your last story (the 'second lock'/break-in attempt) is a word of wisdom for all: a pass key (or picking the lock) can let anyone in. Residents here put their chains on at night, and we string glass bottles or soda cans and hang or place them behind the door at night, just as an added layer of resistance (and noise)--not because we feel unsafe or even anticipate a problem, but because it's a smart thing to do in a world of increasingly desperate people.
Be safe y'all.

How is the dude in the second story the oldest of four but has an older brother?

When in doubt, always call the police or hotel security. They exist for a reason.

Those guys in the second story were very lucky that their younger sister didn’t get kidnapped I would’ve given them quite a scolding for that but anyways this video was awesome keep it up bro

I stayed in a hotel once in los angeles with my girlfriend on vacation. As we were sleeping the windown to the hotel room was being broken into by a man. He went through the blinds and as he came in I was right in front of him ready to go at it with him with a chair in my hands. He politely went back outside and said he was sorry lol I told the hotel staff that someone had broken into my room and literally they did nothing about it so me and my girlfriend ended up leaving and went to her moms in Burbank. Never went back to that hotel again

That first story happened to my parents almost exactly in Texas in the mid 90's. They were in a motel on one of my dad's business trips that she tagged along on for a vacation, and someone called their room late at night claiming to be the front desk and told them they needed to move their car immediately for some reason. My dad put on his robe to go do it and then my mom"s "spidey senses" kicked in and she stopped him and looked out the peep hole to see a random guy crouched next to their brand new car. She called the front desk to ask if they'd just called their room wanting their car moved, and the guy said absolutely not, we would not do that at 11:30pm, do NOT leave your room, and called the police. The guy wasn't by the car anymore when the police arrived so I don't think anything ever happened. But they said it wasn't uncommon in that area and that creeps like that usually work in pairs with one guy waiting to the side of the apartment/motel door and one next to the car itself, and when people open the door with the keys, they ambush you, rob your place, and then steal your car. My parents had a brand new top of the line Pontiac at that time so that sounds legit to me. creepy!

Seriously my only complaint about your videos is that they aren’t long enough. I’ve been going on binges for days now, at bedtime. Awesome job!!

In the last story, it's fine to feel concerned about having to shoot someone. But if he comes through that door, it's no decision, he's getting shot.
