Some conslusions:
1. Triangular sails are a huge disadvantage here, as enemy shells get stuck on them easily and set fire to the whole ship.
2. Flash fires and ammo detonations can change the way the battle develops massively and unexpectedly.
3. Making ships out of wood an phosforus is a bad idea.

Technically what you made here are two "Hell burners". It was an old naval strategy where they loaded an empty ship with explosives and sent it straight at a fleet of ships. The objective being to try and set as many as possible on fire. Which should give you a good idea for staging a future battle.
