It's honestly heartbreaking to see Disney treat their films on physical media with absolute contempt now. Back in the day, their Blu-rays looked and sounded absolutely magnificent to the point where they still hold up today. If they care so much about money and all, why won't they invest on their transfers? There's still a market for physical media.

I guarantee more enthusiasts would buy their films on 4K Blu-ray if they cared about their transfers like they used to; therefore generating revenue.

This is a huge disappointment. I love the POTC films and was really looking forward to the 4K release. The Blu-ray discs have better picture quality with no digital noise reduction. Disney really sucks.

I think all those people who bought the 4K discs should get together, and file a class action lawsuit against Disney. They didn't get what they were promised and paid for (a product with superior picture quality), therefore it is product misrepresentation.
