I'm so grateful for the awesome work that Sam Shamoun is doing in sharing the simplicity of the Gospel and leading so many to Christ. I thought this perspective on the Trinity might be useful. Yes it is true that God is One God. However, He holds 3 offices in which He expresses Himself in different ways. The same can be said for a man who may be a Husband, father, and a businessman--one man operating in 3 roles. Or a human possessing a Spirit, soul and body. Another example of the Trinity is water. Water is manifested in 3 forms--liquid, solid (ice) and steam. The liquid represents God, who sustains life; solid represents Christ who can be touched in this life; and steam represents the Holy Spirit who fills the atmosphere with powe to live life effectively.
