"Modesty doesn't mean I'm weak, and strong doesn't mean I'm not modest" 🙌

After listening to this sharing, Alhamdulillah, it changes my mindset.
Now, whenever i start to complain while doing chores, i could hear me asking myself
"what are you doing, oh servant of Allah?"
my reply
"i am performing an ibadah by cleaning my house" "Ya Allah, plse accept it"

I am still very new to Islam. I am a mother and full time worker and it all does feel very overwhelming sometimes. Only 8 minutes in and I am in tears, this is so beautifully said. Thank you for speaking on this. You are all doing amazing things

The best way to know about a author is to read their book
So if you want to know about Allah, and build your relationship with Allah, read Quran, understand it

Every woman, regardless of religion or belief, needs to hear this. Wisdom of the elders right here. This was beautiful and thank you - with love from Africa.

I’m crying because narcissistic and abusive teachings have kept so many people from feeling the love and guidance of Allah SWT. I wish for everyone to heal and fine God right inside of us 💜

It makes sense when she said "Every Honor is responsibility, Every Responsibility is an Honor"

Im hispanic and raised Catholic, I just started reading/listening to the Quran and i don’t think a book has made me cry as much as this book did. I initially started reading it to understand but now im fighting with myself because this calls to me but im scared. Not of the religion or the beliefs but of my family and friends, i know this is proof that im not ready but i am trying my best to learn more for when i am ready.

What a powerful podcast. So many reminders. It made me tear up several times. 😢💗 And then at the end when she said ask Allah "Are you happy with me?" I was eagerly waiting for her answer when they asked "So can women have it all?" She completely deflected it back to the "all" of the Aakhirah. That is wisdom. And that is our purpose. To not burden ourselves to do it all here for the dunya, but ultimately do all we can for Allah's sake. May Allah SWT reward her abundantly for her naseeha, make it heavy on her scales yaa rabb and be pleased with her. Ameen

I'm an atheist, have always been but I've been interested in Islam for awhile now. The first country I've visited was Tunisia, I also lived in Senegal in a Muslim family for 6 months. I ordered The Clear Quran a few days ago and am watching this video today. As a 31 year old woman from Italian/catholic background in a very atheist society (the province of Québec, Canada) with a bachelor's degree in Earth sciences, it's challenging to reconcile my spiritual quest with my background, beliefs and values. I believe in science, I believe in women's rights, I believe in LGBTQ+ rights. I stand for social and environmental justice but also take interest in Islam. Is it possible to reconcile all this ?
