The visual reward system is a great plan. Also, with regards to listening, I would consider myself strong in that area. I am however going to request people to "tell me more"

Good day Mr. Conor what about a person that I want to sell him my products but he keep telling me your products expensive get me a good prices and than we can work together with the knowledge that I have the necessary skills and enough knowledge to sell where I succeed with other people and that man is the purchasing manager always busy and rarely to catch him in the restaurant I think the man not in the room doesn’t work here please advise and thanks in advance
