Noah Lyles, an American professional track and field sprinter who has been competing in 100 meters as well as 200m is currently on top of his game.

As of 2023, he accomplished a golden hat trick and has won 3 Gold, World Champion Medals, in Hungary, Budapest.

He's won two gold medals at World Championships (2019 & 2020) which also led him to be crowned 2019 world champion; together with this success came an Olympic bronze medalist title too!

Noah Lyles is also a founder of the Lyles Brothers Sports Foundation. Our purpose, as a non-profit, is to empower youth through the advancement of health & wellness in communities nationwide. Exactly, for track and field. People need to realize each sport activity has different needs, for most athletics you don't need a 🍑 to grass squat because no movement takes you that low. He exactly right for explosive power out of the blocks, within the ring, off the jump step...etc. Anything lower has no use in track and field, or baseball...but now football however, especially if your a lineman it may help to get a bit lower.

This is almost as bad as the part reps I see everyday at the gym. I get he's only doing part squats cause sport specific training but still they're leaving max development and longevity on the table only doing part of the potential rep

Totally WRONG !!! Ass to the ground. If you can’t do full range of motion it’s called. 1/2 square. To do a properly executed (full) square you have to go all the way down.

Bro .. if you can't do a full range squat then don't... Ego lifters never get anywhere .. drop the weight and do them right .. thats a better example
